KRAIBURG STRAIL times three:
Railways build upon it

STRAIL level crossing systems | STRAILastic noise protection systems | STRAILway polymer sleepers

At our headquarters in Tittmoning, Upper Bavaria, between Passau and Salzburg near the Austrian border, 170 employees take care of a multi-faceted production programme of level crossings, noise protection and damping elements as well as polymer sleepers for tram and railway lines.

Quality you can rely on:
For more than 50 years, we have been specializing in track-related solutions. More than 70,000 level crossing systems have already been installed worldwide.

In our pilot plant, raw materials and all new developments and product changes are put through their paces on our test benches. In addition, external monitoring is certified according to DIN 18200 and since 1994 according to ISO 9001.

KRAIBURG STRAIL –
reduces the impact on the environment

Recycling materials for our level crossing systems, noise protection systems and polymer sleepers help make railway systems even more environmentally friendly, safer and quieter.

The basic material for all three product areas comes from secondary raw materials:
vulcanized rubber compounds and fibre-reinforced polyolefins. The basic material is supplemented at the decisive points with new material, reinforced with fibre composites or with high-quality steel or aluminium.

All end products can be returned at the end of their service lives and reused for useful purposes. In addition, KRAIBURG STRAIL has a certified energy and environmental management system in accordance with ISO 50001 and ISO 14001.
