The STRAILastic_CLIP - adjustable retainer clip serves to fasten track rails onto bearing plates or to fasten rails on other structures. Furthermore, it can be used to ensure position stability or be used for fi xing, in addition to acting as an assembly aid for rails. The STRAILastic_adjustable retainer clip is a two-part system with an adjustment range of ± 4mm > for M20, M22 and M24.
The STRAILastic_GRS - track section base plate allows quick installation of rails or track rails. Work steps like rail pre-coating, drilling and bolting become redundant!

Bituminous Joint Compound
Bituminous joint compound on the basis of elastomeric bitumen according to
TL/TP Fug-StB 01 (Technical Terms of Delivery/Test Provisions for Filler Materials in Traffic Surfaces);
used to seal rail joints, especially for elastically supported rails;
excellent edge adhesion and stretching, even in cold weather.
Non-shrinking Grout
Cement-bonded, non-shrinking grout for height compensation between track bearing plate and coated rail base.
Gauge Tie Bar Covering
The gauge tie bar covering protects the tie bar against stray current and corrosion.
Design-wise the tie bar covering is constructed in such a manner that the vertical movement of the track rail is absorbed.
PUR Adhesive and Sealant
STRAILastic_PUR 125EA is an elastic one-compound glue and sealant, it is moistureproof and weatherproof, and also protects against stray current corrosion.
Protective Caps for Fastenings
