The extra strong system for maximum loads

pontiSTRAIL is designed for very heavy loads. It is suitable for railway crossings and track covering in roads, factory yards, container terminals and barracks with great loads imposed by heavy vehicles and plant or loading machinery. For maximum loads pontiSTRAIL outer panels are ideally combined with STRAIL 1,200 mm inner panels (please use excavator for quicker installation).

The modular system is available for all rail and sleeper types. It uses single solid rubber panels and aluminium bearers, connected with a lock tight system. The pontiSTRAIL rubber panel is lighter than the previous STRAIL outer panel
and is elastic and extremely durable. The lightweight aluminium bearer guarantees optimum load distribution and is resistant to corrosion. 

pontiSTRAIL outer panels are available in 910 mm and 713 mm (the latter are therefore compatible with previously installed STRAIL T-kerbstones).

Single panels ready for manual installation and removal allow simple and cost-effective track maintenance.
