The Premium System

STRAIL is a high-strength durable railway level crossing system for all types of streets and roads with high car and lorry traffic volume at all speeds.

The modular system is available for all rail and sleeper types. It uses single solid rubber panels (600 mm and 1,200 mm inner panel and 1,200 mm outer panel) connected by the lock tight system. The wear-resistant surface made from vulcanised patented high-tech rubber mixtures is a guarantee for excellent anti-skid properties. A pyramid profile optimised for wet conditions quickly drains off rain water. The SRT value (a standardised value for wet slip resistence measurement) is on an equal level with that of asphalt. This allows permanent compliance with the BASt guidelines for road grip and traffic safety in wet conditions.

Slanted edges protect the panel joints, particularly under high loads, as caused by turning traffic.

Compact panels units allow simple and cost-effective track maintenance due to short installation and removal.
